It’s suitable for cleaning granular materials, used in gain, chemical, paper, ceramics, coatings, pharmaceutical and other industries.Different kinds of materials can be cleaned by different pore sizes of sieve holes.
1、The driving device in the center of the machine, so it can make the whole sieve plate do flat rotary motion, after that each part of the sieve surface to have the same sieving effect. The machine transmission is simple, only one belt connects with the pulleys on driving device and drive motor. The rotary vibration frequency is 300 RPM, With the cleaning ball,the sieve frame can be cleaned effectively,so the sieving efficiency and quality are ensured.
2、After the grain has cleaned, the light impurities and dust can be separated through the circulating air separator, to ensure the cleaning effect.
