The production technology of spiral flanged steel silo is originally from West Germany, this technical feature is spiral edge bite, which is popularized for fast construction speed, good sealing property and novel structure. After more than 10 years of the construction practice, we have gained a deeper understanding and experience of spiral biting steel plate bin. While digesting and absorbing foreign technology, combining with the reality of our country,we have improved and innovated the technology and coiling equipment of steel silo .
1、Good air tightness: the bite bent by professional equipment bending has excellent sealing performance.It can avoid the influence of external temperature when storing granular and powdery materials, at the same time can meet the process requirements of insecticide and fumigation.and can also be used to store liquid materials. The height and diameter can be selected arbitrarily in a large range ,the space between grain warehouses can be as small as 50 cm, strong adaptability, widely used, it can meet the storage requirements of granular, powdery, liquid materials.It has been maturely used in grain, oil, flour, food, brewing, starch, feed, chemical industry, light industry, water treatment, environmental protection, electricity, cement, fly ash, port and other fields.
2、Short construction period: the construction period is very short, can reduce the basic cost and warehouse cost.
3、Light weight: the weight of spiral coil side steel bin is equal to 1/6 of the same volume of concrete bin.
4、High strength: spiral edge is five times as thick as the cylinder, greatly strengthen the load resistance of the bin.
