1.The automatic control of unmanned feeding operation is realized by using the closed-loop control of material level sensor and feeding pneumatic valve. The valve opens when there is material detected, and it closes when there is no incoming material.
2.The permanent magnet synchronous deceleration motor has high flow regulation precision and stable feed, which eliminates the crushing caused by the pressure fluctuation in the grinding chamber caused by the impact of increasing or decreasing the material flow.
3.The new flexible voltage regulator replaces the traditional manual pressure regulation mode. The pressure regulation is continuous and stable, which avoids the additional broken caused by intermittent impact pressure change.
4.The exquisite set-top box design realizes the integration of current display, precision and flow adjustment, which greatly reduces the labor intensity and makes the operation and control more easy.
5.It is equipped with the control interface between the material level sensor of feeding hopper and the pneumatic feeding gate of the whitener. It can automatically switch the feeding gate open and close, so as to avoid elevator failure caused by blockage of the hopper.
